Whalehead King's World
An Archive of Our Man's Weekly Thoughts
what random wool
gatherings wander through and get caught in an eccentric explorers mind
as he makes his way through Boston's tangled cityscape?

Whalehead King is a man who has his eyes
open even when he is sleeping. He is half dog, half cat and 100%
red blooded American. While we don't detail the things
that cross his mind in the boudoir, this space is dedicated to
preserving the patented "Thoughts of the Week" :that
appear on the header of whaleheadking.com's front page. Our Man
on the Dot hates to travel but he has been on every one of Boston's
streets. He has turned every corner, followed the line of every
curving curb and seen things many people don't have the imagination to
dream about. His experiences inform his vision of what the world
can and should be, and what it often is for those with the
sense to experience it. This is not a
man given to introspection, but rather a man seduced by direct
impression. Don't be fooled by his exhaustive vocabulary or
antiquarian diction. Whalehead King is much like you.
He hasn't read a book from the front cover to the back in years.
He does read the daily papers though, with an omnivorous mind and a keen
appetite for detail. All of this informs his sensibility. He sees
a big picture in little details. He dwells with the Devil and rubs
elbows with everyday saints. |
